As a member of the Advanced Therapies Supply Planning team, the Lentivirus Planning Lead is responsible for the creation, development, and maintenance of a constrained master production schedule (MPS), multiple Cell processing Site allocations, and ensuring customer requirements as well as inventory targets are met on a 3-36 month horizon.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the network sites to align on the master data inputs and demand management which will serve as an input into monthly MPS
• Represent Advanced Therapies Planning team as key point of contact for external relationships ensuring inventory availability at Raritan site and collaborative planning approach across the CAR-T network
• Partner with key players including End-to-End Planning Lead (EPL), Vein to Vein, Operations, IT, Partnership & External Supply (PES), Procurement, and Quality to close existing issues, implement process improvements, and prepare for new supply chain complexities
• Liaise with key internal and external partners to identify, communicate, and close supply chain risks
• Build positive relationships with key manufacturers in support of Janssen's Patients
• Cross-train with team members to develop planning capabilities and agilely support tactical business needs.
• Set the MPS for key sites or auxiliary processes as assigned
• Quickly learn and ingest the complexities of advanced therapies materials including the dynamic nature of the characteristics of these materials

Education:

• Minimum of a Bachelor's or equivalent University degree is required, preferably with a focus in Engineering or Supply Chain

Required:

• Minimum six (6) years of relevant work experience
• Experience in Supply Chain Management/Planning or Materials Management
• Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to work across organizational boundaries through influence and partnership
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and ERP systems (e.g., PowerBI or equivalent)

Preferred:

• Experience within one or more of the following processes: master production schedule process, inventory management, scenario analysis, and/or sales and operations planning
• Pharmaceutical or Biopharmaceutical industry experience, preferably within Advanced Therapies or Large Molecule
• Experience influencing or leading direct or indirect personnel or teams
• Project Management experience
• Experience with Planning Systems such as SAP, OMP, sIDMa, or equivalent systems
• Supply Chain or Six Sigma Certification (e.g., APICS, Green Belt, or Lean Black Belt)

Other:

• Requires fluency (read/speak/write) in English
• Requires up to 10% domestic and/or international travel

The anticipated base pay range for this position is ,000 USD to 4,900 USD.
